There is only one condition, Alice must not die, because she is a child, and you do not want to kill children. After killing one of them, the rest of the group is knocked out and some of the their supplies are taken. In the end, the entire group of Takashi is caught and you need to kill one of them, in revenge for your killed people and to show the seriousness of the situation. Takashi's group attacked several of your people and killed them (the reason is not particularly important, they could have attacked first because of caution, or tried to rob your people). You have your own group, which consists of different people (from former bandits to former police officers).
So, let's say you are the Japanese version of Negan, Negan himself (from TWD), or just a similar person.
